Machine features introduction:
A, It is an high-speed CNC laser cutting machine processing pipe diameter is Φ20-220mm (including diagonal). The crossbeam design is lightweight, the machine tool is compact, with sufficient rigidity, good reliability and efficient cutting performance. The overall layout is compact and reasonable, with a small footprint.
B. The pipe cutting machine base adopts integral welding equipment, and it is processed through high temperature hot treatment. Includes: base, rack and pinion drive, main chuck, fixed chuck, servo system. With the chuck, three-dimension cutting can be performed on tubes such as round tubes, rectangular tubes, and oval tubes.
C. After the base of the machine tool is welded and tempered, it is tempered and vibrated to relieve stress. Pre-adjustment and fine adjustment of the horizontal and right angles are required before installation to ensure the accuracy life of the equipment. The structure is stable and the driving characteristics are good.
D, X, Z axis adopts imported precision ball screw drive, Y axis adopts Taiwan YYC precision gear rack drive, Y axis maximum speed is 90 meters per minute, and processing efficiency is high.
